Chocolate Coffee Yogurt Cupcakes

Ingredients (makes 12):

  • Dry:

    - All purpose flour 1.5 cups

    - Sugar 1/2 cup

    - Baking powder 2 teaspoons

    - Salt 1/4 teaspoon

    - Cocoa powder 1/3 cup

    - Instant coffee 1 tablespoon

  • Wet:

    - Plain yogurt 1 cup

    - Eggs 3

    - Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon

    - Oil 1/4 cup or 4 tablespoons

Tools:

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 350F.

  • Mix dry ingredients together; mix wet ingredients together separately.

  • Mix wet into dry.

  • Divide batter into paper cups until 3/4 full.

  • Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.

  • Cool on wire rack.

  • EAT!!
